If you have chosen Klinika Armedika as your child's health care facility, where to apply next, and in what order?

• After the birth of the child, call the reception of Klinika Armedika and inform them that a newborn examination is required.
• Newborn 1 time in 3 working days from your notification of departure from the maternity unit:
  • will be visited and examined by a doctor or nurse;
  • will advise on newborn care, hygiene (especially skin, bamboo), breastfeeding, mother's nutrition;
• Further examination of the child (1-2 times a month) is carried out at the polyclinic:
  • The doctor assesses the health status of the newborn;
  • The nurse assesses the quality of care of the newborn, informs about immunoprophylaxis, vaccination calendar, order and time of follow-up visits;

What documents do I need to have when I come with a newborn (before the child is 1 month old) to the polyclinic for the first time?

• Child's birth certificate
• Identity document of one of the parents
• At the reception, fill out an application for treatment at Klinika Armedika;

It is important to know that:

• Children up to 18 years old
• For tests, the performance of which is not paid for by PSDF funds, but the parents of the newborn child want them, you have to pay for them yourself.
